I do a bit of brewing at home and have kinda sorta been keeping records of my process and brew days. But everything seems to get moved around here and there, so putting it all in one spot seemed like the answer.
I’ve got a few blogs and note files that I am going to try to combine into one. Sounds good, but keeping a coherent timeline might be iffy.
These are the files from 2010 until now. I do have records back to 1995 but they are all hand written and a good chunk of it is too drunk to decipher, but I am working on it.
This is my system. No major changes to it since the beginning
(Update 2017: While I still use that mash tun now and then, I mostly use the Brewers Edge Mash and boil now)
As far as the Brewery name goes, the garage has been over run with chipmunks
