Un-named Sweet Stout (club brew) April 2015
5 gallon

8 lbs 2 row
1/2 lb choc malt (450L)
1/2 lb Black Patent
1/2 lb roast barley
1 lb Lactose
1.5 oz Goldings (60)
Nottingham yeast.  156 mash.
(After having brewed this, I would go with 2oz hops)

3rd version of the Fogger stout April 2015
6lbs- 2row
1lb- roast barley
2 lbs- flaked barley
5oz- chocolate malt
.70 oz- magnum @60
Bry-97 yeast- mashed 154

Weissenberg Wheat June 2015 (Club Brew) 5 gallon
4 lb 2 row
4 lb wheat
4 oz 20L
1/4 oz magnum 60
1 oz Spalt 15
1 oz Spalt flame out
Muntons yeast. (Boycotting 05)
Mashed at 150
(Taster note: would definitely up the magnum,, its not nearly enough)

Storm Hammer Stout July 2015 Recommended! 5 gallon
11 lbs 2 row
1 lb roast barley
1/2 lb black patent
3/4 lb 40L
1 oz magnum 60
1 oz chinook 15
1 oz centennial 0
Notty yeast mashed at 153

Backyard IPA – August 2015  wet hop 5 gallon
11 lbs- 2 row
1 lb- Victory Malt
3/4 lb- 80L
1 oz Galena @60
1 oz Cascade @10
Fresh picked Mt Hoods steeped 10 min at flame out. About 3/4 of a 5 gallon bucket.
Mashed at 154 and used 04 yeast
